Trek 100 Ride

The ride is a little different this year, it’s an approximately 33-mile loop that you can ride multiple times. There is also a 20-mile shortcut available. There is one remote rest stop with food and porta-potties and then another back at Trek headquarters.

I started at 7:30 am which was the recommended start time for folks doing three laps or 100 miles. Donna waited until 9:30 am which was the recommended start time for one lap.

There was finish arch that you rode through on each loop.

I ran into Donna when I arrived at the rest stop on the second lap. Donna was getting ready to leave. She left the stop before I did and arrived at the finish before me. She was still putting away her bike when I finished. There was a meal provided after you finished, BBQ.

We tried the leg massagers for 15-20 minutes after lunch.

We left Trek around 3 pm and headed back to the hotel. Donna slept for two hours when we got back to the hotel.
