We took a snack break where we have the opportunity to get out of the jeeps and stretch our legs. I saw these sparrows moving around in the distance. They match the ground color so well.

The little streams have bridges over them. This is a private bridge built by the operator of the lodge we are staying at. You can see that there is a gate that is up on the other end. It can be locked down. The operator has several lodges in the area.

We came across some Ostrich, but they are very skittish and started running. They were going parallel to a dirt road, so we attempted to follow for a bit.

Sometimes we get fooled by seeing dead trees through the underbrush that look a bit like an animal.

As we got close to camp, we saw this leopard that has an infected right front paw and was really thin. It limped when it walked. We later learned that it was found dead the next day. Guides are required to report some of the dead animals they see.

We had some time to rest after lunch. I went through photos and photographed some birds around the camp.
