Today we tour the UNESCO World Heritage Site, the valley of the temples in Agrigento.

Today we travel to Agrigento, stopping at the UNESCO World Heritage Site Villa Romana del Casale along the way.

Today we start at 8 am for our trip to Mount Etna. We’ll drive up to the Sapienza Refuge area which has the Silvestri Craters.

We started today at 9:30 am with a walking tour of Acireale. It was periodically sprinkling as we walked.

This morning we get up early for a 4 am bus departure to the airport to travel to Catania, Sicily. It’s only about 110 miles, and 30 minutes of flying time.

Today we leave at 8:30 am for our trip to the other main Maltese island, Gozo. It is a bus ride to the north end of the island and a 20-minute ferry ride to Gozo. Then another bus took us around Gozo.

We started slightly later at 9:30 am this morning with a visit to Palazzo Parisio.

We started the day at 9 am by driving to the Blue Grotto Overlook in the Babu Valley.

We left at 9 am for our first stop at the Dingli Cliffs.

This morning we start with our main portion of the trip, so there is an 8:30 meeting with the trip leader. The Tunisia portion was the pre-trip, with only eight people on it, now we are 34. After the meeting we head into the UNESCO World Heritage Site the city of Valletta to tour for a few hours.
